NMSU: Football Coaching Facility

This project encompasses the third phase of the Aggie Memorial Stadium Master Plan.  The scope of work included a new building to house the NM State University football coaching staff and the renovation of the women’s soccer locker rooms in the adjacent facility to the south.  The space program includes fifteen private offices, a small open office area, waiting room and gallery, large conference space, and support spaces.  The facility design ties into the recently completed new buildings in the stadium complex as well as future additions waiting on funding.  The project achieved a LEED Silver certification.
