Pioneer Bank University Branch

 

Located on the bustling corner of University Avenue and El Paseo Road in Las Cruces, NM, Pioneer Bank’s University Branch attracts customers from nearby New Mexico State University and the surrounding area through its unique, prominent form.  The project was completed in two phases spanning twelve months.  The first phase included the construction of an ATM structure and driveway at the street corner and the second phase encompassed the construction of the 3,600 sf bank, 2,200 sf lease space shell, parking areas, and drive-thru banking lanes.
